This guest suite has a private entrance, private bathroom, and its own deck with stunning vineyard and mountain views. It’s also just steps away from the hot tub! There is a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee-maker, BBQ and firepit for your use. There is also a seasonal outdoor kitchen (May-October).

 

As your host, I can direct you to the best hikes, wineries, swimming spots and attractions in the area. I do “Destination Management” work in the valley and have written dozens of articles about this gorgeous region. Let me short-cut you right into the heart of the Applegate!

 

The location in the sunniest part of the Valley is super-convenient-- just a block away from a rural grocery store, cafe and coffee-drive thru and surrounded by dozens of wineries.  The world famous paragliding site, Woodrat Mountain, is viewable from the property, so don't be surprised to see colorful gliders soaring overhead! The historic gold-mining town of Jacksonville is a scenic ten-minute drive away. There you will find shops, restaurants, parks and the famous Britt Festival concert venue.

 

 

Please note: If you like golf-course perfect lawns, big screen TVs, and wall-to-wall carpeting, we aren't a match!! But if a house surrounded by sprawling wild roses, life-loving energy, and the occasional impromptu campfire sounds interesting, you'll love it here.
